The big metropolitan centres allow people to interact with others easily. There's an agglomeration effect, which is that population growth and population density also have implications for job creation. And so we can see in terms of firms that are successful, then being in a big city increases the chances they will be successful. Auckland is our only really thick labour market. Once you get into the provinces, what you realise is that the talent supply, the ability to work with others is constrained by that thin labour market.
