Most of the times when people schedule a call with you, they don't actually have an agenda. It's the easiest way for them to kind of check the box and get the current problem off their desk and turn into a future problem. I'm going to throw something out into the wall to add into your when someone says, Hey, will you talk to me? Here's what I do. I respond back. Can you give me a little preview of what we're going to talk about? And then they send me the preview and then I just answer the question and we never have to get in the phone.
