What we're talking about is a level of pervasiveness of rhetoric. And if you doubt that rhetoric is pervasive, just try to go on twitter and say, hey, people shouldn't protest at people's homes. While some of us all emphasize our own threats, i don't know about you guys, but there is a degree ofPervasiveness of anger when something do trends on twitter or some big controversy flares up.
