In Fayetteville, I love running to military families. Here in South Dakota, what I look for is we kind of switch strategies over to short-term rentals. So that's something I want to do in the future is be able to help other vets and do something that I'm doing because I didn't do anything special. It was just a lot of base hits that kind of got me to where I'm at now.

Financial freedom in two years? How can that be possible with high interest rates and higher home prices? Taylor Wing, unlike most investors, didn’t go the conventional route when building his rental property portfolio.
