How Do You Come to the Right Valuation?

How do you come to the right valuation at such an early stage? That feels like a rocket science sometimes. There are certain guidelines off within such early stages what you're expected sort of to invest and at what valuation so two tickets eyes will very often direct what the valuation should be. I don't again, I don't think it's a one-size-fits-all but typically would probably look at getting a 15 to 25% Stone. Obviously we also have a fiduciary duty towards their LPS. So it has to make Financial sense for us to get involved and invest so it has to be dead.
