The evidence is really looking like we're going to push towards thrombectomy, and that is fantastic. But it does bring in some really interesting challenges from the pre-hospital perspective. So I think there's two considerations that we need to have. One of those is identification of the right patients, and the other one is transport destination. The mothership or drippin' ship models are described as taking stroke patients first time to a central location for treatment. Some studies reporting only about 7% of patients being eligible for this procedure.
