Are We on a Tight Market, Our Problem Is Unbalanced Supply?
The fear is that in some sense these subsidies or price controls that exist in the market operate in an asymmetric fashion. So if market prices fall, they would actually allow a pass through of the much lower prices which would then possibly lead to a reversal. The other element if we look at the, we are on a tight market, our problem is these unbalanced demand supply so we need to also look at what to do on the supply side.
