John Benet Autopsy - Is Helgoth a Criminal?

According to Rolling Stone magazine, they say he's been cleared by DNA testing for the John Benet murder. Michael Helgoth was apparently in some kind of property dispute with the Ramses. In 1997, the Boulder District Attorney delivered a speech at a press conference complete with the promise of justice for John Benet and that this case will be solved.
