The Roman Inquisition Wanted a Full Retraction of Every Thing That Bruno Had Done About Religion
Bruno was charged with more than four dozen different here sis by the roman inquisition. Accused of speaking ill of catholicism, having contempt for holy relics and practising divination. Found guilty of heresy on february fourth, 15 99, in a proclamation which read: Our most holy lord decrees and ordains that be intimated to the apostate brother giordano bruno of nola.
