If i had a bad work out, i just got all pissy njust like angry, and i get ruined my day. You cannot perform better in a workout than your fitness allows. If you're able to perform at a certain level on a given day, it's because you're fit enough to do so. There there's a myriad of reasons where you could under perform in a given work out. And as long as, like, your last really good work out isn't too far in the past, then then judge your fitness by that.
