How to Establish and Support Feedback Channels

I always try to lead with positivity. And then I always try to go out of my way when people take risks and are successful or peopletake risks and fail. It's like I was talking to somebody today, the number one thing I want my kids to know is that you should fail and you should fail often. If you're not failing, you're not putting yourself in a position that you're uncomfortable. You're going to stumble. Things aren't going to go right. Just keep trying. Because ultimately, that's what life is. You fall, you get up. But you still have to make the choice to get back on that bike."
