I use events to get customer insights to refine product positioning in Some situations like this before like going with the sales team to visit current customers and things could be situations. I've definitely worked with CS leaders that don't want marketing just like walking up in and talking to random Customers because you know, we don't always have full context around their health score their experience, etc But some cool things that I've partnered with CS leaders on in the past is setting up Workshops that happen once a month where a group of the marketing team join the CS team for a workshop.
