The Law School and the Masters of the Code

The lawyers are essential to my story because the lawyers are doing the coding of capital. Most of the advances and innovations in how what kind of assets we can use is done by lawyers. In common law systems the judges are recruited from the practicing bar from attorneys. It makes a huge difference in their attitude and how flexible and responsive they are for private practice so that's I think the major point that I want to make it's critical to have lawyers in the room.
