Merrill Lynch has banned cold calling and moved all their people to social selling. How's that working out for them? Well, the reason why they went public on that was because it's far better for them. I get, I don't take cold calls and I just block the number. You know, when people send me spam emails, I just create rules and it just goes straight into the waste paper basket. And so does everybody else. organizations are just wasting their time expecting that somehow or other this sort of old fashioned stuff that's been going around 40 years is going to dig them out of whole.
