Is There an Analogue to the Turn to Metaphysics?
In Acts the apostles talk about sitting down with christ and eating and drinking with him. So it seems to me that the actual testimony of the apostles is to real experiences. But we should be clear that just because i'm saying that the earlier, ah h, theologians were not so much concerned with metaphysics, that doesn't mean that they were concerned with pure subjectivity, right? There's something between pure subjectivity and hallucinations. And then the pure metaphysics of, for example, the doctrine of the real presence. I would just offer, and then i i think we're probably running out of time, and i wonder if mat has any sort of final questions for us.
