Donna Brazile: The conference is about bishops talking to bishops and bishops helping each other. But when you're dealing with something like the survey that showed this enormous gulf of trust between their own clergy and the bishops, I've talked to a lot of bishops. "I see it as an asthma failure at the poor," says Brazile.
