Monster to Agua Is a Prickly Pear Golden Ale and It's a Cucumber Beer
Monster to agua has a very big focus on regenerative agriculture and they want to be sourcing their fermentable sugars from alternate sources. As the prickly pear ferments it becomes this beautiful cucumber flavor, even though there's no cucumber in the spirits. The best cucumber beer i've ever had was notch Tui which is one of my personal favorites but um wait and how do you say prickly pear and spanish tuna?
