The Strategic Planning Framework

The planning framework i mentioned around were we today, where do we want to be, how do we plan to get there? That's very much at the business levelor department level. So ok, the business has set the objective. For me, it's to drive x number of leads per month. Fantastic. What audience am i trying to reach? I'm trying to reach marketers, and i'm trying to reached folks in the sa suite. And so you try to figure out, what is that content that's going to resinate on that channel with that audience?
