The Importance of Intuition

Sally Kohn: I grew up in a Christian tradition that told me I couldn't trust my intuition, that I was sort of rotten to the core. But what I hear you say is like, there is this experience of concern. There's this experience of care for others that is intuitive. And we can actually build the idea of doing what's right, our own ethical framework on top of that; it works out from an experience of Concern. She says desire and intuition are a very good starting point for developing our own sense of what is right.
