The 10x Team

The trope of the 10x developer is quite an old trope, but some of it is a little bit outdated. For me, there's two key hallmarks: One is we have high expectations and then the second is that we have high support to help people meet those expectations. And so as you might imagine, a lot of this is the really human work. The best teams are 6,000 times better than the ones that are doing the worst on them.
