Joseph Smith was willing to use the voice of God or the voices past prophets to get his own credibility established. So I mean we're arguing silliness upon silliness a little bit, I think. The way I would bumper sticker this is that in several respects the voice of the Book of Mormon contradicts the voice of church history.
