The idea that their unequal outcomes are evidence of structural inequalities is clearly flaowed from the outset. The justice system and the judiciary, full stop, has an inherent missandrist quality. No one suggests that we have an inherently anti male educational system. Er, in the u k, for instance, girls have been out performing boys in our education system for almost 30 years now.
