After Action Review

After action review is one of the practice. Should be standard in every organization, in every meeting, everything that goes on. It's almost like reverse engineering, if you will. The highest ranking person makes thther and it's very hard for senior people to do. But what you find out is is that when they do it, they don't lose. Nobody thinks less of them as a human being. In fact, people think more of em, all right, because they're open. Because their goal is, is for us to have the best result,. To add the most valued and to be the most successful everybody in the team.
