Jason: I'm hearing about private equity firms passing on really nice businesses because they just can't square it to the public comps. The second piece, this is future news, the blow up of roll ups, people care about valuations,. People watching the show, they want to sell their business. There was a whole new category of buyer that didn't exist pre-COVID. It's going to be a lot of forced liquidation happening and valuations are just going down.
