I find it difficult to conceive of a system which can be sensitive to those needs. It seems to me that what Nico is doing is placing the burden on the rules of jurisdiction to level, as it were, economic influence throughout the world. And I say, well, we should understand them as a form of allowing for global governance by some over others. We cannot simply say, okay, in the 18th century, it worked fine; so today it should also work fine. So we need to come up with rules for this.
