The general goal with REITs is you don't think of it in terms of a year-to-year dividend increase, right? You want your income to grow over time. So I'm expecting REITs to raise their dividends just enough this year to keep their dividend streak alive but nothing like the 10% dividend increases that you've seen in some recent years.
