i made it seem like there was a complete split between being in the office and working from home, as if those were the only two options. I think we need to go beyond looking at things at the job level and say, will that job can work remotely? And actually break it down, almost task by task, and say, for that particular task, how is that task best undertaken? Is that task best done with other people in the same location, or can that task be done in isolation?
