Are You Going to Have All the Drivers in Your Company?

You talk in your book about aligning people and you differentiate between drivers and passengers. Do you want to go into that in a bit more detail and how you figure out who is a driver and who isn't? Or to make the point that you need to get rid of those that are just there for the journey? Yeah. And I think this is a really important point. Lots of great enterprises of the past are no longer because this seeping mediocrity sets in when you get bigger.
