Time Tracking Is a Very Nice Component of Time Blocking
If you're interested in time blocking or hyper scheduling, I think time tracking fits in really nicely with that. And as David said, this is not something that you need to do all the time. It's worth just spending maybe even just try it for a day to start with and see what it's like. If your iOS only screen time is a great option as well, then you can you can try these in an entirely automated fashion.
