Relationships Are Essential for Our Growth
Heart types often have a sense of sensitivity when it comes to having our emotions invalidated or criticised. One of the things heart types need is understanding and ampathy around their emotions. Good communication ideally has both of those, both channels, and com and we communicate clearly both channels. If i tell you what i'm thinking, but also tell you a what i'm feeling, it's almost like i'm communicating in stereo. There's more surround sound, because you're getting my thoughts, but also my emotions,. which are just a different thing. Altogether. I think that at times, practice is way more complex than theory. And relationships are essential for our growth n partly because of this
