Is Gary's Mod the Standard for RPGs?

I think Gary's mod is the standard for a lot of those types of games. I don't actually know if it was based on anything prior. It might also be a standard because of that. There were RPG before it there were that come before the cards the game. The Pokemon as a cultural icon is S tier it's enormous they have mark in the show.
