What Do You Look for in Artists?

I get really excited when an artist has a clear vision for what they want to accomplish. And i'm not as like jon specific, you know, within that, i would say that i'm probably lean towards main stream music in a top forty category. When people ask me what kind of music i like that's the term i've started to use, purposeel because there's a purpose behind it and it feels like it can move me in some way.
