If you can get people to install electric charging points for electric cars at home, they're almost certainly going to make their next car purchase an electric car. So again, this is a case where things are designed by economists in a way that makes sense only to a species of creature that has never actually exist. And as a result, it's billions and billions of pounds being spent on the Save More Tomorrow pension.
