The Effects of Light Training on Motiness

The reason why light loads are going to reach lower levels of motiness crew and this has been studied relatively well, although mostly indirectly. Light low strength train tends to cause these burning sensations in the muscles. It tends to cause cardio respiratory kind of activity to be elevated breathing rates heart rates that kind of thing. Those sensations they're not. I mean sensation probably isn't the right way but feelings that we're experiencing. They will cause an increase in our perception of effort. That's what the motor recruitment studies have shown when they've been looking at light to those. We actually hit task failure before we hit those really, really highest levels of recruitment.
