Has own property is a method on an object. In returns true for all inherited properties, as in anything that's on the prototype,. Anything that's upwards on the chain. Has on property only returns true for direct properties where the in key word looks up the chain of the object. And then object tat has own is the exact same. It's just a static method where you can pass it both an object as well as the property you want to check for.
