The Relationship Between Delbert Tolman and the River Valley Cases
Delbert Tolman is linked to the River Valley cases because he was a suspect in a case that oddly enough is not believed to be a victim of the River Valley killer. Delbert Tolman faced a lot of mental challenges, right? A lot of a lot of challenges. And I believe there's a chance that police encouraged him to expand on his story and change his story. He probably watched Linda Moore outside that day. The phone rings a couple of times she goes inside comes back out. So he decides the next time she goes in, she's probably alone. There's probably nobody home so he decides to follow her in. Then the attack takes place and he flees.
