How to schedule training due to sleep deprivation because of toddler? Try to stay active in any way that you can, even if it's just going for a daily walk or doing some bodyweight training at home. Then try to do one to three proper strength training workouts per week, and try to do them on days when you are more rested. Do not go into the jim for a weight lifting session when you are running on fumes, because it is not going to be productive. And don't try to commit two monday, wednesday, friday workout sessions either. Just do them when you feel good and just try to get em done.
