The Different Types of Thrombocytopenia
Neonatal, all immune thrombocytopenia. Some people put fetal in front of that because if you think about it, this happens when the fetus is in the womb during pregnancy. It can be any of the different platelet specific antigens but the one that's by far the most commonly seen is antibodies to HPA1A which used to be called PLA1.
