Building the Awe Muscle

The awe method is effortless and can be done anywhere, anytime, any place. In awe, we feel satiated with what is precious to us, taking it in as a sustenance for our souls. As we become more prosocial and humbler, we share the sustenance with others through our words, actions, and attitudes. We really see this more than something focused on the self, but really to help our society and our planet as a whole. So if practice frequently enough by enough people, a critical mass, as it were, the world would experience a significant shift in consciousness.
