Is High Frame Rate Possible on UHD?
High frame rate is possible on UHD. I think Gemini Man is 4K like 6% of the time. It's going to be very interesting how the home release handles it. The only thing that bothers me with like the 48 frames and just the smoothness of it all. In such a CGI heavy infused world with CGI character CGI environments, it does remind me that I'm watching a video game at times. That actually bothered me more than the actual 48 frames per second sequences. There's an inherently un-cinematic quality to it. However, James Cameron totally got it for the first time in Avatar. And that was almost perfect shot by shot through the post-conversion
