I like to collect a bunch of reasons why I'm doing something so there's the old Simon cynic start with why which I always think is great but also just too thin. Part of my reality testing process was to you know get a speech together haven't looked at by somebody you know walk it through and try to play that through. It forms a denser foundation that you can create new associations off of. The stories in particular have been for me the easier thing to start experimenting with memory palaces because they have actions the characters are already doing associated with them, he says.
