The Importance of Parents Paying Attention to Their Children

LZ Granderson's son was diagnosed with neuro divergent disorder. Lincoln Elementary in Frederick, Maryland created a separate advanced math class for him and tailored a lot of his assignments as well as suggesting a 504 plan for him. LZ: I can only wish that more schools were like this, but most of my friends with children who have any kind of behavioral issue etc. Do nothing but struggle to get their schools to offer the slightest accommodations.
