millennials are the biggest component of the housing market. They're buying houses at a bigger rate than even the boomers. I think two years from now, were going to see a lot more single family start to come out of the ground. But over 50 % in the last three years of new construction have a builders moved from a single family into multi unit just to try to keep up with the demand.
