Legislation - The Shannad and the Doll, the Upper House and the Lower House?

Currently in Ireland, if you have one conviction on your record, you'll be able to get it spent after seven yearse now. But other convictions, such as violent sexual crimes, murder are excluded from the legislation. So instead of looking at how long someone has offended, we're looking at whether they've ever been convicted again. I want o legislation that don't get hurt. Cause, cause lip.
