i teach students about this cognitive bias known as the g i jo fallacy. The idea is that knowing is merely not enough to get these things active in your own life, especially when it comes to the science of happiness. You need to do the interventions that you hear science talking about, or they're not going to work. And so how have i done that in my daily life? One is to be really deliberate about it. It can be a lot more pleasant than I tend to think.
