The Importance of Choosing a University

i've been really lucky in terms of choosing university i mean the market is so tight that most people feel lucky just to have a job. Having colleagues who are supportive of one another and who work in a system that's well-resourced and fair make for a much nicer working environment than the alternative. The institution specific stuff is definitely a challenge you have to learn like the codes and the passwords and acronyms  and the people and the political dynamics.
