The SEC Files Suit Against Coinbase
The SEC asks the CFTC to conduct a study on decentralized finance. It doesn't hop right in and regulate that, I guess. Study on non-fungible digital assets as well. We'll see where it goes, but it's a really good start. The question is: Will we actually get a Congress that wants to do their job?
