How to Wind Down After a Long Day
"I want to be as many bleeps happening. That's like, the more they're yelling at each other, the more relaxed I am," she says of her kids. "If I don't take it, even five minutes, like shut everything down before I leave and kind of be like, I am now leaving work and going into home mode." She adds that if she doesn't prepare for a busy day then she can feel resentful towards people who left early for her.
