meditation is just something that you do, and the win is that you did it at all. Rigt its really where you have to try to get to, as opposed to was it good or not? Did i feel relaxed or not? Te cause it is very much expectation that it's only a good meditation if you've felt relaxed. The v if i had to name one thing that is the most valuable about meditation, from a neura scientific perspective, it's every time you pull your mind back,. Mind wanders. You pull it back. Your mind wanders, you pulled it back. That's what you're trying to build up.
