How to Eliminate Student Loan Debt in Bankruptcy

A recent think piece by a guy by the name of Mike Solana breaks down this as he calls it, unmitigated disaster. Solana proposes that repayment of all student loans assumed to the current year only 100% tax deductible and retroactively for people who already paid. Student loan debt is the only type of debt that is non-dischargeable in bankruptcy, which means there's literally no way out.
